WINDOWS 2000 AND SP4

After installing sp4 on two machines, printing is very
slow.

It can take up to a minute to bring up printer menu.

On the machines with sp3 the menu comes up within seconds

Its not just printing.
SP4 slows down my whole network. Just try copying a
folder or logging onto a netword share. And forget about
about reaching the internet via the lan - it takes
forever, if it ever happens.
