I'm working with an old NT4 domain. I have been told to
bring up a new Windows 2000 AD in a separate domain.
Users are currently still in NT4 domain, but I am ready to
migrate them one by one. The directory security is horrid
and people have their information everywhere. How can I
map drives from the AD domain (LTCINCY) to shares in the
NT4 domain (LTOC). They will maintain user accounts in
the NT4 domain. The clients will most likely be upgraded
from NT4 Workstation to 2000 Professional as part of the
migration. Any thoughts?

You'll need to create a trust to access shares on a 2K server using NT user
accounts.

If your hardware supported it, it would have been much easier to promote a
BDC to a PDC. Remove the original PDC from the network (in case of errors)
and upgrade the new PDC to the DC. When you installed your second 2k DC,
you and AD replicated you could remove the upgraded box.

What should the trust look like, I already have two 1 way
trusts setup between domains--and it's not working right.
