windows 2000 and 2003 coexistence

Hello,

We have a windows 2000 that we would like to upgrade to
2003. We would like them to coexist first then upgrade
later. Are there any good docs or notes about this?

So, you have multiple Windows 2000 Domain Controllers and you would like to
upgrade one of them to a WIN2003 Domain Controller while keeping the other
Domain Controllers at Windows 2000? Is this your question?
