R Rick \Nutcase\ Rogers Sep 5, 2004 #2 Hi, A clean install to a formatted disk is the only option, there is no downgrade here. Boot the XP Home CD, enter setup and at the install point delete the existing system partition. Create a new one, format and proceed with installation. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP Associate Expert - WindowsXP Expert Zone Windows help - www.rickrogers.org
