During the dial up connection is established the system is not
responding.
Motherboard: M2N MX
OS: Windows XP SP2
Phone: 6020

When I tried with my friend's system, it is working.

In my system the port is opened but when it is dialing the sytem gets
hanged and afterwords an error message comming saying "Unable to
establish a network connection"

And there is no way but restart the computer to do anything after.

Some says it may be because of Virus, some says it may be driver
problem, some says may be mother board problem.

Please help.

Thanks

Hi
I do not understand what the relations to your friend computer is?
If you have your own dialup modem in your computer and it installed
correctly it should work.
Check all the installation parameter and make sure that you have a healthy
installation of the Dialup Modem in Windows device manager.

When you open the properties of the Modem there should be tab that let you
diagnose the Modem performance.
If the Modem works but the Browser does not go anywhere you might have a
Virus or similar problem.
May be this can Help, http://www.ezlan.net/infestation.html
