OPERATE, IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN FIX THESE PROBLEM

Please do not post your questions only in capital letters. It is considered
to be yelling at others.

You need to find, download and install to correct XP drivers for the
devices.

Greetings --

First of all, please unstick your CapsLock key. Posting in all
caps, as you have done, is the Usenet equivalent of shouting, and is
considered very rude. More importantly, posting in all caps makes the
post very hard to read, further reducing your chances of getting help.

Have you downloaded and installed the WinXP-specific modem drivers
from the modem manufacturer's web site? Have you downloaded and
installed the WinXP-specific sound drivers from the sound card's
manufacturer's web site?
