Window XP cd rom

I installed my EPSON STYLUS color 1520 on my laptop
window XP but there was a message says " The
file 'EPNHTX14.DLL' on Window XP CD-ROM is needed".When I
bought my laptop from Radio Shack the win XP cd-rom did
not come with it.Where can I fnd this EPNHTX14.DLL file?
Can somebody help me please?

You would need to contact Radio Shack or the computer's manufacturer.
Microsoft does not, will not and cannot support OEM installations. You
should ask them for a Windows CD - or a recovery disc at the very least.
 
Radio Shack should supply some type of system for recovering the system if
needed and for installing additional hardware or software. That might be a
Windows CD, a recovery CD, or possibly the needed files are in a folder on
the hard drive. Contact them.

You could try a Google search. Type epngtr14.dll into the search slot and
press enter. I found
