Raised this subject recently but missed some info.

I have two accounts set up Mine Set as Administrator
And a Daily User Account for the familiy

I have installed Window Washer onto the Daily User but had to give the
account Administrator Writes to let it install.
WW was not then available on my account.

I was about to instal it on my account but as it is already located on the C
Drive I presumed this would cause a problem.

In order for it to be available for ALL USERS do I have to boot XP into the
hidden Admin Account and install from there?
Cannot remeber how to do that.

Hello, Have WindowsXP Home sp2. Have sgl. user, non-network setup.
Have you tried to place a short-cut in the "all user" account, start menu.
I don't use this but you might give it a try.
Different ways to access Admin. account.

In XP Home you would have to boot into
Safe mode (f8 most units), to access the Admin account. In Pro
ctrl+alt+delete twice at the logon screen, type it in.

Take Care.

Yep I put a shortcut in "All Users" and now Window Washer appears in the
Start Menu of my account, problem is it dooesn't work.

You can run the program from the start menu which places an icon in the
system tray, you can also right click this icon and get the normal options
however none of them work!!

Hello, I am not a technical accomplished person. So my suggestions are just
that suggestions.
1. Uninstall and reinstall program. or
2. Go to the bottom taskbar click on "start - explore - program files -
webroot - washer ", double click on "wwdisp.exe". This should create a
system tray (bottom taskbar were time is located) window washer icon, right
click on this icon should provide a use menu.
If this does not work try #1, making sure to remove program in the proper
manner.
Take Care.
