Window vista upgrade from business to enterprise

Can I upgrade from Windows Vista Business(MSDN edition) to Vista Enterprise
edition? We have KMS server in place with proper licenses.

No. You'll need to use the Windows Vista Enterprise installation
DVD and perform a "clean install".
