Window Sizes for Links

Even though the web page being viewed is maximized, sometimes when clicking
on a link therein, the linked page opens in a smaller size. Is this a
programming issue, or is there a setting in IE which would cause all linked
pages to open maximized? (I tried stretching out a minimized page prior to
opening, but it didn't work.)

Hi Cathy,
If this scenario happen with limited number of site then I will say yes for
programming issue.
If happen with all sites (Links) then you need to stretch the new Window
opened from the link to Full screen by Hold down the Left side mouse and drag
out in all directions (Up, Down, Left, Right) and close the First Windows.
Hit Refresh or F5 and close, next time you open a new link or new window it
will open in full Screen/window.
