Hi,
How can i define and specify the internet explorer's
window size when is opened for the first time??

Drag the edges of browser window until it is the size/shape you want. Close
that window LAST. The size will be remembered when you next open IE.
 
Window size gets altered accidentally sometimes by ads... for example if you
don;t realize there is a small popup window until after you have closed
everything else.

There's a possible solution on this page if you really need to be sure of
the opening size, you can use a self-resizing local page as the homepage.

Ehsan,

Internet Explorer remembers the window position when you maximize it [not the maximize button] by stretching the corners. The values are stored in a key called window_placement. To resize the browser window pos, try:

1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.

To reset Internet Explorer Window Placement:

Once you reset the Window Placement, value is recreated with default window pos data.
