Window Size??

Just set up a new PC but when i log onto internet, the
window takes up the full screen (for allother program i
can still see the start command at the bottom of the
screen) how do i reduce the size of just the internet
window

The F11 key enables and disabled fullscreen mode within
internet explorer.
