Window resizing

When browsing if I click onto a link that opens another browser screen it
opens up minimized ?

Who can I stop this?

Hi Mark,

Grab the borders of a IE window and stretch them to cover nearly the whole
screen, but don't maximize. Close all IE windows and make sure you close
this resized window as the last one.
