Window pops up message

Hi everyone, I really need help how to get rid this message. I am tired of looking at this messag
when I turnoff my computer. But sometimes it will not pop up and I don't know what it cause

The message is: DDC MAN.EXE - Application Erro
This intruction at "0x77c7d79" reference memory at 0x000000008"
The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program
But my computer is running good condition evern do I have that message. I just want to get rid only

Anyone can help me about this I will be greatly appreciated

Go to start..run..type in 'msconfig' without the quotes..go to start
tab..uncheck anything with dcc or wcmdmgrl and reboot.
