I am creating a photo+video movie.
I added the pictures and the video clip (which i captured by using my Canon
digital camera and transfered it to the computer, the type of the video file
is AVI). For the background music, i dragged the songs to the "Audio/Music"
slot. When i added a video clip, the video itself was in the "Video" slot,
and the sound for the video was in the "Audio" slot ("Audio" slot is right
above the "Audio/Music" slot)

Ok now, when i clicked play, the music from the "Audio/Music" slot played
perfectly fine, no problem. But when it came to the video part, the sound
for the video didnt play....Why is that? I checked but the Mute Button wasnt
clicked.

I have Windows Movie Maker Version 5.1. WIndow Media Player version 11
(newest)

Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? Or is there a silly mistake
somewhere :P
Thanks,
K.

You should hear both sound files....is it
possible that the sound in the .avi file
is lower in volume than the music file?

If you mute the Audio/Music track...can
you hear the Audio track?

Does the sound in your Canon .avi file
play correctly if you play it in Windows
Media Player?
