Window me to Window Xp

How do I change my operating system from window me to window xp. Is there any Microsoft Disc in the market to do so
What are the steps to be taken.
 
You go to the store and buy, for around $300, a copy of Windows XP Pro or XP
Home

First make sure you download the Upgrade Advisor from the XP web site. Run
it to find out if you have compatiblity issues.

any Microsoft Disc in the market to do so.
 
I had ME and wanted to upgrade to XP. All you need is the $99 XP Home
upgrade or I think it is $200 for the XP PRO upgrade. I got my XP Home
upgrade at Office Depot.
