On most newer keyboards, the is a key with the Windows logo on it.
Mine is on the left between the Ctrl and Alt Keys. Press and hold it
down and press the "r" key. It brings up the run dialog box.
There are other shortcuts like this. There are some listed in
the help file(search for keyboard shortcuts).
Strange that this one is not listed. There is probably others
as well.
