Window from link won't open

I am having difficulties with one website only (www.stellaresorts.com.au).
For some reason when I click on any of links at the bottom of their page
(such as contact us, affiliates etc), the window comes up for a brief second
makes a beeping sound then disappears. I don't know what is causing it as it
doesn't happen on any other site. I've turned off my Norton internet
security but to no avail. I've accessed this website from another computer
and can open the links without any problem so it isn't a problem with the
site itself but rather has to be something to do with the settings on my PC.
I'm on Windows 2000 Professional and using IE 6. Any ideas on how to fix
this?

Check your assumption with the last two items (About... and Agents...)
If those can be used successfully but the others not the common factor
in the source is that the others cause a Popup window to be launched.
Are you disallowing Popups? Try holding down a Ctrl- key when clicking
on those links or change your popup handling to allow them for this site.
