Window Explorer -

I'd like all windows of Windows Explorer to open full screen, and have a
couple of other attributes (certain display fields, etc..)

So I open Explorer, adjust the display to my liking, and click
Tools | Folder Options | View | Apply to All Folders

I click OK to apply to all folders.

But the next time I double click a folder, it's back to the original
settings.

Pease advise.

Make sure you have the 'Remember each folder's view settings' option under
Tools | Folder Options | View tab.
