error message...'connect a burner and restart burner'. Will
somebody...anybody.....provide me with a solution. Two days ago....there
were several other users with the same problem. Will I be enlighten with the
answer. I have piles of files to transfer to dvd but can't get anywhere

I'm not one who uses Windows Vista ... but if it's anything
like the other Windows OS' of the past ... maybe you have a
corrupted driver (somehow) that isn't allowing the DVD
burner to operate.

Does it work with other applications and not with MM? If it
doesn't, maybe you have a hardware failure.

Try asking in the vista newsgroup rather than the xp one
windows.vista.music_pictures_video

If this is a new pc why not take it back and get them to sort it for you?
