I wonder if your on-board sound card has an MPU-401 compatible device at
all: that would be a MIDI Out connector with timer functionality.

Installing and activating Windows system sounds is a matter of choice, but
if you are unable to get any sound from your system, then
1) check through Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices | Volume that
Mute is unchecked, Place Volume Icon In The Taskbar is checked (for easy
access);
2) check through Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices | Audio that your
default Sound Playback device and your default MIDI Music Playback device
match your on-board sound card.
3) double-click that Volume icon in the System Tray (taskbar, near the
clock), and check that (for now) nothing is muted, and no slider is fully
down. The ones that particularly matter are the Volume Control (master),
Wave and (for MIDI) SW Synth sliders.
Note: these sliders may have mysteriously been set to zero. I have not yet
found out, what program or incident could be to blame.
Concentrate on restoring sound in general, then these system sounds, finally
MIDI.

Hi.. i have checked everything...and install everything ...the driver and
software.... but now still no sound..when startup and shut down..only can
listen the songs from window media player....

So now your sound card is working!

1) Can you now play and hear MIDI files (extension MID or KAR) too?

2) You seem to have no "sound scheme" set. In Control Panel | Sounds and
Audio Devices | Sounds you can select a sound scheme, and if you wish modify
or delete it.
The scheme itself is not a sound, but a batch of references to sound files.
These files must obviously be present, or they can't be played.
