Window Defender (Beta) Allowed Items

Defender has been, to my knowledge working fine, then for some reason and for
three days in a row I get a message wanting me to allow NMSCFG.SYS driver,
which is a system32 driver. It does not appear to be an update to the driver
and not sure if the driver is even valid or used any more, but becasue it was
from Intel and a system32 driver I allowed it for three days in a row.

Advise and Help and is their a way to remove it if I have done wrong ??
 
PLEASE, PLEASE FOLKS I REALLY NEED SOME HELP AND ADVISE ON THIS EVEN THOUGH
IS MAY NOT BE IMPORTANT, I NEED AN EXPERT TO ADVISE ME IF I SCREWED UP BY
ALLOWING THIS ----- MNSCFG.SYS. THANK YOU !!!!!!
