hi , all
I just start to use VPN for connection between office and home for my
Boss.
I use one Windows 2000 member server to be the VPN server and use Win XP
to be the client. When I test it out , the VPN dial up and login is pretty
quick. But I found one problem. It is not working everytime !
After I login as VPN connection , I will try to ping other server in
the office network to see if it works right. But either too slow to response
or on response, so I think I must do something not right. But actually after
couple time trying (log off and log in VPN). It actually works ! But only
happen like 1 of 4 trys.
I am very confused about VPN connection , any possbile reasons to cause
it act in this way. Anything I need to check it out ?
Thanks for any idea or input.

I finally figure out the solution.
After disable RRAS server and reconfigure with "Manual" instead of VPN
wizard. The VPN server works all right.
That must be some bug in side of Wizard.
