WINDEV-7044-7e7b service fails to start

Until recently my machine would hibernate after 30 minutes of inactivity. It
no longer does so and my event log informs me that service WINDEV-7044-7e7b
could not be started. Having found this service in my registry i see that the
Default Name type REG_SZ has the entry "value not set". What should this be ?
And, am I right in thinking that this is the source of my non hibernation
problem?

Thanks Leonard - but i can't get thru to the link you suggested .... maybe
the site is down. But I'm unclear why this should be a 'development' issue
..... or am i being dense?
 
Sorry if I wasn't being clear. I only meant to say that if you want to
understand the meaning of the 'WINDEV-7044-7e7b' message you see in
Event Viewer, and perhaps gain a clue or two about whether it relates to
your hibernation issue, that user forum might be a good place to ask.
