CE 5 is the operating system the WM 5 is built on. CE is a modular OS, so
it's up to the OEM to decide which parts to include. But with WM 5, you have
standard functionality across all WM 5 devices.
Asked and answered. Take a look around and you'll see. Mostly it's a
matter of a custom shell program (Today screen), and a few other programs
that Windows Mobile has added onto Windows CE. There are a few API calls,
also. A search on microsoft.com for something like "differences "windows
mobile" "windows ce"" will find you a much more official answer...
