WinAPI Viewer

I am trying to locate the WinAPI Viewer. I've looked at the Add-In Manager
with no luck.
Is this a part of VB.net slandered version or do I need to go somewhere to
get a copy.

Ken thanks for your help but the version you sent me to was written in
vb.net 2003 and
will not work for vb.net 2002. Do you know of a version that will work for
my version?

There is no such viewer any more. Nevertheless, there are
"replacements", but most of them are "buggy".
