WinAntivirus 2004

Some how an advertisment for WinAntivirus 2004 comes up
and takes over my whole screen when ever I run Internet
Explorer 6 on my Windows XP and I cannot close it (not
even right mouse button lets me do it).
How can I get rid of it?
