Lost in Errors

I get a C00D11C0 error when I tried to listen to wma
clips. After fruitless attempt to search Windows Helpdata
base, I am here asking for help.

Within the last three days, I downloaded and installed
version 9 plus the auto install to correct a outside source
controlling via wimamp.

The last time I contact Windows Help via email it took 3
months for them to get back to me. By then I had purchased
a new machine. This is not an option this time.

I appreciate any constructive help that can be given.

This is a general error and can cover a multitude of sins.

I probably should have added that I built this site,
uploaded it to the server. The sound bytes were tested
with Netscape by local publish and Winamp works fine.
Netscape has a problem with I try to test while on line.
Others have tested and they have no problems.
