Start- My Computer - right click drive that plays music (usually D) - right
click properties - left click auto play and then select what you want to
do.
Open Winamp, right-click, go to options then preferences.
In the left pane under System click media, then in the r
ight-hand pane, choose the files types you want to
associate with winamp. Select maintain media type
settings to make sure no other program steals the
association from Winamp.
Hope this helps.
