Win98 upgrades

Is there any way possible to dynamically change a Win98 clients DNS/WINS
server entries so that you don't have to be right in front of the system? We
are upgrading to AD and have a bunch of PC's to upgrade, there's got to be a
way to do this besides visiting EVERY PC. Thanks

Let me add that we have a HORRIBLE business system and cannot use DHCP
because it conflicts. We're stuck with static IP's for now.
