I'm trying to move my Outlook data from a very old system (Windows 98,
Outlook 2000), to my new system (Win XP, Outlook 2003). Following the
directions on Microsoft website to bring in the old .pst file, etc.
When I try to open the old .pst file on the new system, I get the error that
the file is "not a personal folders file".
Do I need to format it somehow on the old system before bringing it in on
the new one? I don't get why it's not reading it.
Thanks in advance.
