win98 disconnect

sir,

I have shared a folder in windows xp system. when i access this folder from
windows 98 machine, it works fine for some time, but after a little bit
connection become lost. then i have to disconnect the map connection and
reconnect it. where is the problem, pls help me out.
this is happening with all windows 98 machines.

Try the Program Compatibility Wizard for running Win 98 apps while
using WindowsXP. If you are running Win98, then you're in the wrong
Newsgroup.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>Wizard
