Win32k.sys error

Please help! I recently installed a fresh copy on my Dell
laptop (366PII) and added another 64mb ram with a total of
128MB. I get a blue screen like 3 or 4 times day. Here is
the message:

Ox0000001e oxc0000005,oxa001351b,0x00000000,oxa026f3c9
Ilmode_exception_not_handled
Address a001351b base @ a0000000, date stamp 3aa010b4-
win32k.sys
