WD can not remove win32/rugo completely. but all the time the alert popups!

how should I do?

Hello Jinkai;

You need to tell us the detected location, as that could be why it can not
be removed:

"Windows Defender records, in the System event log, at the time of the
scan,
the precise path and filename of each detection.
So--right click My Computer, choose Manage.
Click on the plus sign in front of Event Viewer.
Click on the System events log, in the left column.
Click on View (top menu), filter.
Click the down-arrow at the right of Event Source, and choose "WinDefend."
Click apply, click OK.
Now--in the right window, scroll back to the time of the original
detection,
and look for yellow-triangle marked records for those original detections.
Double-click a record in the right window to open it and see the full
detail. You can cut and paste, via a button--back to this thread."

Hi Jinkai,

Further to Dave M great suggestion.

Submit it via the process noted in Windows Defender Help, or here:

Report a possible spyware problem to Microsoft
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/support/reportspyware.mspx

Can you follow the spyware submission instructions in the help to make sure
WD have your samples if you still have them?

Also, what AV are you running? I think, Usually, flat out malware like this
is in your AV signatures.

I suggest you try this

Scan the system in Safe Mode with your Antivirus, after the software is
updated, also run a Full scan with Windows Defender in Safe Mode.

I would suggest staying on the side of caution... downloading, installing
and updating SuperAntiSpyware
http://www.superantispyware.com/supe....html?rid=3132

I hope this post is helpful.

Let us know how it works ºut.
