Hi everyone,

My Vista laptop has caught malware with the name Win32/renos.io. I've tried
removing it with AVG anti-virus, Windows Defender, and several other utilites
that are supposed to get rid of renos, but none of them have worked. I can't
open a web browser on the infected machine, I'm have to use a back up
computer to ask for help here.

Thanks in advance,

Scot
