Win32 files

I can no longer access any file w/win32. I've tried to
use disc defrag & it tells me I don't have permission.
How can I get whatever fell off back on so I can access
computer management files/programs?

Have you run your virus scan programs? You might have

the blaster worm on your pc like I had. Needless to say
my computer did not stand up well against it as you can
see from my post. Anyway, run your software and if you
catch the virus Ctrl+alt+delete to open the Task manager,
check the processes tab for the name of the infected
application that's running and shut it down. Doing this
should give you access to your files again, and if your
lucky you will be able to repair and fix the infected
files unlike myself. Hope it works out for you
