Hi

An extract from "Using LDIFDE to Import and Export Directory Objects to Active
Directory"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=237677

<quote>
The utility is included in Windows 2000 Server, but not with Windows 2000
Professional. The LDIFDE program can be copied to a computer running
Windows 2000 Professional and be run remotely against the Windows 2000
Server Active Directory.
</quote>

and an extract from "Step-by-Step Guide to Bulk Import and Export to Active
Directory"
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/planning/activedirectory/bulksteps.asp

<quote>
The Administration Tools are installed by default on all Windows 2000-based
domain controllers. The LDIFDE utility described in this guide is installed by
default on servers, and can be copied to any Windows 2000-based workstation.
