Hi All,

Does anybody knows/have a doc that states the differences of the new group
policies that are included in Windows 2000 Service pack 4 and the group
policies of Windows 2000? Thank you in advance.

I don't know of any doc that addresses this issue specifically, but I did
find this question answered on another group:

There are 3 policies added to the system.adm in SP4 and they are:

AllowX-ForestPolicy-and-RUP="Allow Cross-Forest User Policy and Roaming
User Profiles" CompatibleRUPSecurity="Do not check for user ownership of
Roaming Profile Folders" (KB: 327462
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];327462) )

LocalProfile="Only allow local user profiles" (KB: 817361 (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;817361)

You can find the details for each from the explain text ‘tab’ of the
gpeditor or from the KB articles.
