All of the network drives on my PC (Win2K) continually
show that they are disconnected. I have set my server
(NT4 server) to the "infinity" setting (0) as outlined in
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - Q297684 and it hasn't
made any difference. I have many Win2K PCs on my network
and only a few of them are doing this. If I check the
properties of a drive, the red X does go away for a short
time but then returns. If I only browse a drive, the red
X remains. Obviously, the drives are still connected and
accessible even though they appear not to be. If anyone
knows another fix to this problem please contact me with
the answer. Thanks.
