WIN2K Service Pack4

After downloading the WIN2K Service Pack4 (3 hours), I now get a message
about updating the Microsoft XP Professional file whenever I try to access
MS Hotmail, MS Outlook, MS OE and any of the many programs on on the HD.
The error message I get when I try to delete the update Windows Installer
window is "The feature you are trying to use is not available. Insert the
Microsoft XP Professional disk and check OK." The OS isWIN2K and do not
have XP on the system. Any suggestion on how to get rid of this problem?
