Hi,

I have Windows 2000 Pro running on my machine and
everytime I need or want to shutdown manually my PC hangs.
Taskmanager pops up a window stating that is is waiting
for DEVLDR to end. No matter if I let taskmanager end it
or if I end it myself my PC still hangs on shutdown. I
have never experienced this before and I am getting
nowhere with research on the net. Any help would be much
appreciated.
