Greetings,

I just changed companies and the engineer that I am replacing enabled just
about every single GPO imaginable. Most of the items have been corrected,
but I'm stumped on one.

While my end-users are using applications (mainly outlook), their PCs will
lock up and they have to wait for about 30 seconds to a minute for it to
recover. I have tried removing Symantec to see if it was NAV causing the
issue...but that didn't work. I am wondering if it could be a GPO causing
the problem? Thx

Doesn't sound like a GPO thing, at least directly.

Could be a network thing, or lack of server resources....

If it's very frequent, you could turn on perfmon and monitor the server(s)
and the workstation to see if any anomalies happen when the PC freezes.

Are you related to Dick Knuth? Thx
