WIN2k OLDMS.BAT

In NT4.0 I used oldms.bat to remove my inactive computers
accounts and while I realize in Windows 2000 is not as
easy to query for this information I was wondering if
anyone has come up with a solution to querying the AD for
unused computers accounts.
