Win2k Machine not in browser list

I've recently built a machine with Windows 2000 Adv. Server, stand alone. I
added it to my NT 4.0 domain.
However, it doesn't show up in the browser (Network Neighborhood) list.
Even in it's own.

What do I need to do to get this machine to participate in the 4.0 list?

Provide a means of NetBIOS name resolution, usually WINS or broadcast.

I have it pointing to the WINS server and have NETBIOS over TCP/IP
enabled....

Then all you should need to do is share something. Assuming you have
file and printer sharing enabled.
