None of my domain users can log on today. We've had no
problems until now. I can not detect any server, LAN, or
networking problems. Error message indicates user name or
password is not correct. Accounts are not disabled, DHCP
is running. Also, I cannot create a new test user in the
domain. Error message say global services cannot be found.
Please help!

Make sure you Still have a Global Catalog Server.
