Win2K Journal Viwer trying to install itself when opening any file.

Windows Journal Viewer continues to try to load even when
I open up Adobe Acrobat. It tries to re-install it self.
This started after I install SP4 for Win2k.

Please Help

related to SP4 but haven't found a different explanation
either. Can somebody help?
