Win2K crach totally after SP4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've upgraded Win2K Pro yesterday on 2 computers. Both of
them is unable to even run in SAFE MODE. (Have tried
enable/disable BIOS shadow/cach. I've got a STOP MESSAGE
that says STOP: 0X00000050
(0xED105B00,0X00000000,0XED0C6051, 0x00000000)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and a similar fault on the
other machine. They will not boot from the emergency
recovery disk that I have or boot from CD.... :-/

So, why does the SP4 affect a every week updated Win2K Pro
like this ?

And HOW CAN I SOLVE the problem. I've got the original CD
to reinstall Win2K Pro but it will not boot even from the
CD. (I've tried changing the boot sequence in the SETUP -
OF COURSE :-))

I'm seriously worried and frustrated....
