Win2K CPU at 100%

My Win2K machine shows the CPU usage at 100% in task
manager. This starts from the moment the computer boots
up. The machine is unusable. Please Help.

Let Windows finish booting (this may take quite a while),
then hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and see which process is taking all
the CPU time. Chances are it's the "System" process
(not "System Idle"). If so, the problem is caused by a
third party driver that's running within the system process.
