Win2k CD repair

I need to run a repair of my Win2k sp4 installation which is running IIS. I
want to
boot to the Win2k CD and run the repair of the current OS installation.
Will I have to reinstall IIS, or any other apps after the repair? Will I
have to reapply service packs and windows updates? I can't seem to find any
docs on what happens when you run a repair from the Win2k CD. Please help.
