I'm preparing a fresh install of Win2000 (WinXP has too much bloat for the target CPU) &
I've got some Win2K questions:
With Win98SE & FAT32, I saw some performance improvement by putting all my data files on
a separate partition , a "data drive" - Windows 98SE and all my programs are on C:, and
all my data files (ppt, .doc, .jpg, .txt etc) are on D:.
1) Is there any performance or system advantage to doing this (a data drive) on Windows
2000? (I want to use NTFS all the way)
2) Can I rename "My Documents" to something else? How can I do that?
Thanks to anyone that can help!!!
